Grid Blast – Conquer the 8×8 grid with block-placement mechanics
Grid Blast is a modern puzzle game featuring a block-placement experience on an 8×8 grid, complete with mechanics for rotating blocks, forming rows, and triggering combos. Players place colorful gem blocks onto the board to complete rows and clear space for upcoming pieces. Use strategic thinking, rotating blocks, swapping their positions in the tray, and chaining combos to achieve the highest possible score.
How to Play
In Grid Blast, you receive different block shapes each turn and must drag them from the tray to suitable spots on the 8×8 grid. When a row is completely filled, it vanishes, freeing up space and awarding points. Constantly create open space to place new blocks and set new high-score records.
Build combos and collect star gems
The highlight of Grid Blast is its combo system. Clearing multiple rows or columns in consecutive turns boosts your score multiplier. Special "Star Gems" appear on the board; clearing them yields massive rewards and helps improve your score.
Controls
- Tap a block in the tray to rotate it as desired.
- Drag and drop blocks onto the 8×8 grid to place them.
- Drag between positions in the tray to swap blocks.
