Developed by Imagine World Studios, BirdDuko offers a logic challenge that starts gently but requires increasingly complex deduction as you progress. Each color region on the board conceals a single bird, and your task is to pinpoint their locations using a clear set of rules. Levels begin with a 4x4 grid and expand up to 9x9, creating a progressively larger space for logical reasoning. You must ensure that each color region contains exactly one bird while preventing any two birds from sharing the same row or column, or standing adjacent to one another including diagonally.
What makes BirdDuko’s gameplay engaging?
Find one bird in each color region
Each color patch on the board contains exactly one bird. This is a crucial starting point for your deductions. Once a bird's position is identified, other cells within that same color region can be ruled out. However, the final placement must still satisfy the rules regarding rows, columns, and spacing relative to other birds.
Birds cannot stand next to each other
BirdDuko features a unique rule: no two birds may touch, not even at the corners. This allows you to eliminate further possibilities each time you correctly place a bird. You must reason step-by-step to narrow down the potential locations for the birds.
Game rules
- Tap a cell once to mark it for exclusion.
- Tap a marked cell again to place a bird.
- Tap a placed bird to remove it.
- Drag across multiple cells to mark them for exclusion simultaneously. Use a Hint to reveal a bird's position when needed.
- Use Undo to revert to the previous move.
