How to play
- Step 1: Handle parentheses
Solve expressions inside brackets or parentheses first. This is the initial step in simplifying the problem.
- Step 2: Calculate exponents and square roots
After completing the operations inside the parentheses, proceed to calculate powers and square roots if the expression contains them.
- Step 3: Multiply and divide from left to right
Multiplication is not always performed before division. These two operations share the same priority level, so solve them from left to right.
- Step 4: Add and subtract from left to right
Finally, perform addition and subtraction in the order they appear—from left to right to obtain the correct answer.
