Mahjong Bird Tiles focuses on tile-matching mechanics: you search for identical pairs and gradually clear the layers on the board. Each level features multiple stacked layers of Mahjong tiles, and your task is to remove them all. To match a pair, both tiles must be identical and "free" (unblocked). Once a pair disappears, tiles that were previously covered or blocked may become available, opening up new options for subsequent moves.
How to Play
Find free tiles
Two conditions for determining a free tiles:
- There is no Mahjong tile resting directly on top of it.
- At least one side either the left or the right, is open.
Only tiles meeting these criteria can be selected. Therefore, observe the edges of the board carefully to identify which tiles are truly available.
Match identical tiles
Use your mouse or touchpad to select a tile, then select the matching free tile. If they match, they are paired up and removed from the board. Each successful match creates space and may reveal new tiles located underneath or behind the removed ones.
